The Glanzio: Return & Replacement Policy

At The Glanzio, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. While all sales are generally final, we do offer replacements under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@theglanzio.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Condition of the Product

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, price tags, and labels.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Warranty

Please note that our products do not carry any warranty.
As many of our home décor items are handcrafted or made with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.

4. Process for Replacement

If your return or replacement request is approved:

  1. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send the product back (if required).

  2. After inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Shipping fees may apply in certain cases unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
